Welcome to TNS Arm Wrestling (“TNS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. ✅ Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform
• By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility

2. 🧑🤝 User Accounts

• Each user may create only one account unless permitted
• You must not share your account with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse or fraud

3. 💬 Community Guidelines

You agree NOT to:

• Post harmful, abusive, hateful, or illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or bully other users
• Spam, promote irrelevant content, or misuse platform features
• Impersonate athletes, coaches, or TNS staff

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content without notice
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts violating these rules

4. 🪙 TNS Coins (Platform Currency)

Nature of Coins

• TNS Coins are a virtual reward currency
• They have no real-world monetary value outside the platform

Usage

Coins can be used for discounts on:

• Event registrations
• Training programs

Rules

• Conversion: 100 TNS Coins = ₹1
• Maximum discount: 20% per transaction
• Minimum usage: 500 Coins

Restrictions

Coins cannot be:

• Transferred between users
• Exchanged for cash

TNS reserves the right to:

• Adjust balances
• Remove coins in case of abuse, fraud, or system errors

5. 🔗 Referral Program

• Users may earn rewards by referring new users
• Referral codes must be used fairly and legitimately

Prohibited:

• Self-referrals
• Fake or duplicate accounts

TNS reserves the right to revoke rewards or suspend accounts involved in referral abuse.

6. 🏆 Events & Training Participation

• Event registrations are subject to availability and confirmation
• Participants must follow all rules set by TNS officials

TNS reserves the right to:

• Modify event schedules
• Deny participation if rules are violated

Liability Disclaimer

Participation in training and competitions is at your own risk. TNS is not responsible for:

• Injuries
• Physical harm
• Loss of personal belongings

7. 💳 Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay)
• TNS does not store payment card details

Refunds

Refund policies may vary by event or service. Unless stated otherwise:

• Payments are non-refundable

8. 🧾 Platform Availability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free operation

We are not liable for:

• Data loss
• Downtime
• Technical issues

9. 📊 Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. © Intellectual Property

• Content you create remains yours
• By posting, you grant TNS a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform

All platform assets including Logo, Branding, and Design are owned by TNS and may not be used without permission.

11. 🚫 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
• Exploit bugs (including coin/reward exploits)
• Use automated bots or scripts

Violations may result in:

• Account suspension
• Permanent ban
• Legal action (if applicable)

12. ⚙️ Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
