Our program is 100% online, making it accessible to anyone, anywhere in the world. All you need is an internet connection to access our training materials and live sessions.

Do I need any special equipment to start?

You'll need basic equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, and a training table. For beginners, we provide alternative exercises that can be done with minimal or no equipment. As you progress, we'll guide you on additional equipment that can enhance your training.

Will I receive a certificate after completing the program?

Yes, upon successful completion of our Trainer or Referee programs, you'll receive an official TNS Armwrestling certification. For other programs, you'll receive a certificate of completion that you can add to your professional portfolio.

What languages are the training materials available in?

Our training materials and live sessions are available in both English and Hindi. We're working on adding more language options in the future to make our programs accessible to a wider audience.

How much time should I dedicate to training each week?
